The beginning of the story was cute & even drew a laugh or two from me. Then as the story progressed I found my heart beating faster with anxiety wondering if this scenario could actually come true. The story then turned again to a calm & relaxing state as everything resumed to normalcy (new internet). Then for everyone to get an implant that eventually cause them to die from a flu, was completely unexpected & an interesting way to end the story. Great writing to make the story very easy to picture playing out like a movie. Very visual! Happy writing & I look forward to reading & reviewing more items from you.
