My name is Shannon, and I'm 21 years old. I've been writing for as long as I can remember. Along with my visual art, writing has always been a very effective way express myself. Unfortunately, I have yet to take any official course specifically directed at writing; however, I excelled in English classes throughout school. I'm very unfamiliar with posting my work online- the idea has always seemed so uncomfortable to myself, but a friend convinced me recently. So, in conclusion, I guess you could say I'm hesitantly dipping my toes in this unfamiliar water and simply hoping I don't drown once fully immersed.
