Mihar Dias is Rahim Said in reverse. He is an Organizational Behaviorist. He taught Behavioural Sciences at a number of universities for thirty years including at Suffolk University, Malaysian Graduate School of Business, University of Science Malaysia Educated in USA and UK, he has lived and worked in New York, Boston, West Palm Beach, UK, Tokyo and Singapore.   He is passionate about education and training for young executives,  entrepreneurs and  managers, traveling extensively to deliver lectures at global forums. In his spare time he writes short stories, winning prizes in competition from as far away as Australia.  .
