I very recently retired with my husband of 43 years in beautiful Kentucky. I love to play with words. Literary works are my favorite to read and to write, though I dabble in an occasional poem or fairy tale. I like to have two or three short stories in process at all times to avoid writer's block. Short story, non-fiction, and personal essays are my favorite genre's though I've been working on a women's fiction novel for three years now. I grew up with the classics in literature and still love them today. Writing time comes after fishing time, and swimming time. Priorities, you know :)
