I was raised in eastern KY, where Virginia and Tennessee and Kentucky meet. My father was a coal miner and union activist. I am a retired arbitrator/mediator who likes to write. I have published three books, Kentucky Bad Boy, Henry Rains, 1767-1838, and The Shaman's Daughter. All my stories are Appalachian Mountain stories, based on fact.
