Charles M. Kline, an aspiring author and illustrator, has created special makeup effects for several low-budget, indie film projects and is currently pursuing a BFA in Creative Writing from Full Sail University. His student short film, Living with Lycanthropy, won "Best Horror" at the September 2012 IFQ Film and Webisode Festival in Hollywood, California. He presently resides near Baltimore, Maryland where he is hard at work on his studies and his next project.
