My name is William Lyons Cashman VI. I believe poetry is an art. Sometimes you have to break rules to get the smallest details across the readers mind. One cannot look at a painting and see it exactly as the artist saw it in his/her mind. I write, knowing that every reader will see my work very differently. I simply offer the picture frame, and allow them to fill it with their own imagination. I'm a social person, and I tend to fall into the background of everyday life.
