Fueled by the love
in the tears that were cried
I walked through the gates
with friends by my side
Released so completely
from this earthly hold
I have broken the chains
to walk streets of gold
Prayers for a miracle
that you did not see
Were heard and granted
in heaven for me
Think not of my struggles
nor turmoil within
I have left them behind
to be made again
Memories of past
plague me no more
My soul is at peace
like never before
Now that your love
has seen me through
I go on to heaven
