Mike's big secret.

You were bracing for the moment Mike threw away his covers and lunged at you, but, to your surprise, he only groaned and sat up, the covers falling past his hairy chest.
After scratching his cheek, which was covered in stubble, he said in depressed tone, "Hey there, little bro."
You were confused by Mike's behavior. He almost never grew sad.
"What wrong?" you asked with concern.
There was a loud gurgle that came from beneath the covers. Was that your brother belly making such strange noises?
Mike sighed and said, "Well, there's no use trying to keep it a secret."
He threw away the covers and what you saw shocked you.
