What Mike revealed underneath those covers made you gasp and take a step back. Your brother's belly was as large as a yoga ball and looked as taut as a bowstring.

His belly button had popped out and you swore you saw movement underneath his skin.

"M-Mike, w-what happened to you," you said, horrified.

Your brother only sighed and said, "I'll tell you, but first I need something to eat. Having a strong craving for a cheesecake with ketchup and mustard on it."
