Task #2 for 26 Paychecks

Kazi,

I have chosen you as one of the three members to review for Task #2 for "26 Paychecks " . I enjoyed reading about you on your Portfolio Tab. Here are some of my comments about each tab:

Portfolio
The first thing I did after looking at your port, I googled Bangladesh. I am not familiar with that area of the world. There was a time I might have thought Bandgladesh was a make-believe place. I thought the same about Trinidad. Meeting someone from Trinidad back in the 1980's let me know it was a real place. Now, I have learned from someone born in the 80's that Bangladesh is real!

Counting your blessings, looking at the bright side of life, and loving to encounter challenges is a great way to live. I was pleased to read on your Portfolio Tab that you do this.

I saw "26 Paychecks:Task 3" in that folder. I like the idea of using a C-Note to share Task #2! Cool idea!

The picture of the hummingbird made me want to see a real one—they are so much fun to watch. Such muscular little birds!

Review Tab
Well, girl, it's time to put some of your personality at the top of your Review Tab! You don't have to write in every section but choose one or two and add something for your readers to appreciate.

Find an image you like and add it there. You can even put a Trinket in one of the sections. (Take a peak at my Review Tab.)

I did see that you sent me an anniversary review this month: Review of "I Met Mr. C."

Biography Tab
Well, there is no image on this tab either. I like the blurb you wrote for "About Me". You have a typo in there—loose should be lose. Again, I like your approach to life.

I looked at your other tabs and saw you only have an image on your Portfolio Tab. I wonder when the other tabs came into existence. Were they here when you started?

Notebook Tab
Looking through your notes, I discovered you won "The Writer's Cramp" with "The 24th Thread" . Congratulations!

On this tab, I can see your Portfolio image of the hummingbird on each note you post. I hope you will find some more hummingbird pictures and add them at the top of your other tabs!

Blog
First if all, I love your book's cover! And your use of the image at the top of your blog. I find your upbeat title uplifting. Since I am new to your blog, I am going to do as you suggest and read the entries you have linked:

"My Song-Who am I?"
"I'm melting!! And no Thunderbolt :("

Something you said in the first one is that you are Falguni. I Googled that term but could not figure out what you meant by it—are you saying that you are Hindu?

You mentioned in that entry that a Level 2 sitting was coming up. I assume that is some kind of school testing, right?

From this entry, it sounds like your parents taught you well. You sound like a positive person.

Now to read the second entry.

Oh my goodness!!! What a surprise that such a positive person is living—has been their whole life—living with a serious disability.

There is one correction I think you need to make. You wrote: "I walk on my right foot and left fingers." I think you meant to say, "I walk on my right foot and left toes."

I also wondered if your left foot is shorter or if you mean your left leg is shorter.

for the pretty banner but you used her old username. You might want to update that. It is a very pretty banner.

Awww...I just noticed this comment in one of your recent Blog entries:

"Sometimes, I really wish I could get some handwritten letters, postcards and poems. Handwriting lifts my spirits up."

I have not had a penpal since I was a kid but would gladly write to you. If you want a 73 year old woman as a penpal, send me an email with your address and I will write you.

I did just favorite your Blog. I look forward to getting to know you better.

Community, Fans, Sliders

I am finding this activity tiring so I am lumping these three Tabs together. On your Community Tab, I noticed you really need more TRINKETS.

Here is one of mine for you to collect right now:

As far as Fans, you just gained a fan in me. YOU need to fan some of your favorite members and items! I am sure you have some favorites!

I like what iKïyå§ama did with your sliders. I like the idea if putting up phrases that people can arrange like she did.
