Have you ever written peoms where the words seemed irrelevant?

Irrelevant at the time,
these poems have been written,
mostly at night,
forgotten with the daylight.

Just like a diary's entry,
meaningful at the moment,
forgotten the next day,
until you look back.

Perhaps they meant something at the time,
written at the spur of the moment,
simply to cleanse the soul,
their words have found their meaning again.
