Steve is the co-founder and Executive Producer of Next Stop Hollywood, a recently launched film and television venture based on new short stories. He has been a publisher at Scholastic, Time Inc. and is the author of five books – including three best-sellers – and numerous articles (including one national award winner.) Steve co-chaired the White House task force Prescription for Reading Partnership and serves on the National Board of the pediatric literacy group Reach Out and Read.
