I consider myself a student of poetry--always learning new forms and better ways to hone my skills. I particularly love nature poems and tend to write in formal verse such as sonnets, villanelles, etc., as well as short forms (etheree, rictameter, etc.). My favorite poets are William Wordsworth and Sarojini Naidu.
