I am a mostly retired family physician. (Professionals of all occupations rarely retire completely.) I live in the Appalachian Mountains of Georgia with the wife of m youth, Annette. So far, I have only one publication, _The Stitch Elf_, a child's chapter book, but I am working on a historical novel, a science fiction novella, and an epic poem on a prehistoric tribe in far northeastern Africa.
