Hi, I live in Co. Carlow in the South East of Ireland. I love to be doing something sporty or creative. I have qualified in many areas of training in the Sports Industry including Neuromuscular Therapy for People and Horses. I love horses and dogs which are my brain break companions. I have a great group of friends and family to work n play with, but also need time to write so that my brain does not explode.
