I was in the engineering profession for 45 years. The works included in WDC are my first literary efforts. Heretofore all of my writing has been of a technical nature: reports, proposals, analysis, instructions, observations, etc. for internal consumption. The stereotypical "Engineer" handle actually describes me quite well. However, quiet waters do run deep, and my skills of observation and description serve me well for reporting the events and meanings of my stories.
