By training I'm an Air Traffic Controller, with a background in Physics - kind of explains my attachment for the Sci-Fi genre perhaps. Especially the cyber-punk style novels (William Gibson, Iain M. Banks, Alastair Reynolds etc). Universal Opera is my first novel-length finished (!) work, and of that much I'm proud! Whether it's any good as well as finished is for you to tell me...
