I'm a full-time chef and sometime writer who lives in Charlotte, NC. I've just decided to enforce a little discipline on myself about actually writing, rather than avoiding same. I'm a food writer and have had two articles published in a local magazine. I like food writing, but would like to branch out into other genres.
