Weapon's developer and chemical engineer, Dr. Jamus White has launched an experiment of his new bio-weapon, using ordinary US citizens as test subjects. His operatives' mission is to distribute the doctor's mind-control powder; more often than not it winds up in hands of desperate people who would resort to any measures to get what they want from somebody else.
