Over

A suicide poem very sad

"Over"
Devastation washes over me
Im hiding in the shadows
Alone in darkness
Trying to escape
Clouded by memories of the past
Running to where the smallest ray of light will never find me
Running away from "love", soulless, heartless, fiends that bind me
Running away from memories
Living inside a nightmare from which I cannot awaken
Standing on the brink of my own demise
Standing with knife in hand
Cutting through the nightmare from which I cannot escape
Stripped of life
Bleeding, crying, falling.... Ending life!
