Mercy

My emotional prayer to God.

Your mercy draws me near dear God.
Hold me close and never let me go.
I've fallen away, I want to come home.
I want to feel safe under your wing.
Merciful Father, hold me close.
Breathe your mercy on me.
I'm sorry for letting go.
Forgive me for not holding on longer.
Take me home, comfort my weary soul.
Make me whole, wash me clean as snow.
I want your peace Dear God show me the way.
