How It Feels!

Somedays you awake feeling complete,
Saying today there will be no defeat.
Somedays you awake feeling no pride,
Thankful for the things you are able to hide.
Somedays they go ~ just so good,
Just as you prayed they always would.
Somedays you awake wanting to cry,
Looking around you wondering ~ Why?
Somedays you awake feeling good ~ but go to bed feeling bad,
Wishing to change the day you just had.
Somedays you awake wondering what kind of day it will be,
Knowing already ~ but wishing to see.
Somedays you awake wondering what kind of person you are,
For letting your life slip away from you so far.
