Feelings of the Day

Take me away from my heartache and pain if only just for a day
I need the chance to find myself in new and different ways
I find myself lashing out against one and all
I know if I don't stop soon there will be a gigantic fall
I don't feel the need to stop
My mind spinning like a top
I need to feel more joy, less pain
Otherwise I will go insane
