What other say might not always be true to you

I hate writing
That's what everyone thinks
But only I know
The ache to pick up a pen

I cant talk
Everyone knows that
And yet only I know
The words that spill from my soul

I don't feel
That's what everyone tells me
Though only I understand
The pain laced into these papers

I am nothing
Everyone believes this
However only I know
The lines I write have a story
