A ridiculous rap that I picture being read by The Lonely Island (Day 2 of rap challenge)

Stretching at the gym, pulling lots of weights
Pain sprang up my arm, trainer told me take a break
It's my elbow, I explained, how bizarre, there's nothing there
he exclaimed "it's a knot", where until now thought I was bare
My eyes got wide, it was a hidden muscle flare
Something new had happened, which is so cool I had to share
Fancy that!

Went into Meijer with some errands that I ran
The greeter smiled big time, thought he was my biggest fan
Hauled my broken mop to the customer support
"just go grab another," she said and filed no report
Got some bread and some butter, knew that I was on a roll
Among so many shoppers, felt like being on a show
A girl rode on a pony while her dad stared at his phone
Within those grocery walls I saw magic still did flow
