inarticulate
impuissant

unable to express her distress
silent suffering no longer shouldered
dislocated dialogue disconnected from the normal narrative

stuck
shibari still now
in stasis, subdued

then rigging wrapped
wrenched
drawn dreadful, drowning, down

nadir

finding?

forgiveness unfurling
flying unfettered

freedom to face her flaws
accepting imperfection

comprehension
finally embracing “as thyself”

strengths unsuspected
seeks help

finds her voice
“a little help here. please”

and fitting fragile fragments together
lightly with lacquer
weaves threads of gold
