Rude Alf does dread pain, dear
He made a great shiny ghost
And if you ever saw him
You'd know he's right to boast!

All of the other tricksters
Used to laugh at Rude Alf's claims
They said his trick or treating
Just brought him some fake fame.

Then one foggy Hallow's Eve
The Great Pumpkin came to say
Rude Alf, with your cloak so bright
Won't you give the folks a fright?

Rude Alf, he played some trick
On the folks that would not treat
And then the other tricksters
Admitted he had them beat!

Now all those tricksters love him
And they say with so much glee
Rude Alf, with all your tricking
You'll give them hys-ter-EEEEKS!
