My personal experience with those who don't try to understand.

Struggle to breathe,
Struggle to move,
Struggle to live.
"Grow up" they say.

Struggle with days,
Struggle with nights,
Struggle with life.
"Move on" they say.

Daily struggles
Become hourly;
Hard to exist.
Desiring peace.

They refuse to
See, acknowledge;
"That's just life" they
Keep on saying.

I live in spite
Of adversity;
I breathe because
Of my True Love.

Understanding
Is all I've asked;
All I've needed.
I receive nothing.
