What does it mean?

"home"
that one word
can have so many different meanings

it could mean
a place
where you spend most of your time
surrounded by others you call family

it could mean
an idea
that you spend some of your time dreaming about
and the rest of your time working towards

home
makes you feel loved, not hated
makes you feel whole, not broken
makes you feel safe, not fearful

some people may not know what home means
they just go along with what's given to them
they don't truly feel it in a place
they can't really find it in an idea

but then someone comes into their life
and they finally realize
home can be a person, too
