Writing is
a pitcher of water
for you to pour ideas into.

Whatever you dare to dream,
all the time,
until an idea
tips it over
and a story spills out.

The creative juices are exhausted--
until you pick up the pen and
begin refilling the pitcher
and something else happens its
way onto the paper.
