POLITICS

If you don't like what you see
What can change the things that be
Can life's sorrow turn to glee
There's an answer.....Politics!

If a candidate should say
"Day is night and night is day
I've never known another way"
There's an answer.....Politics!

"You can have it all for free
What's the matter, can't you see
You only need to vote for me"
There's an answer.....Politics

"My opinions never sway
They never change in any way"
(Don't read what I said yesterday)
There's an answer.....Politics!

How came they to be millionaires
Working for the peoples cares
While voters without jobs despair
There's an answer.....Politics!

If this sounds a little gray
Why can't we afford to pay
For college or hospital stay
There's an answer.............
