She Let Them In

Prompt for Dark Dreamscapes Contest~What happens when you let the demons in~

Her mind was in a chaos
part of her wanted to shut down
Yet the demons were in control
they will not allow her to escape
A deep darkness she is damned to
where evil dwells within
Causing her to here the voices
so many of them in her head
She can't find her true self
it is lost in the depths of hell
Looking in her eyes you see it
her desperate cries for help
Then they turn black like death
and she is gone again
The demons now own her
mind, body and soul
Banished to the corners
of her own mind
Watching as they take over
destroying her inside and out
Nothing she can do to stop it
because she let them in
