Poem about life philosophy

Here is today's realization
That there will be some moment
When I will lose my life
And what I did in the moment before
Will be how I spent the last of this life

This matters to me

Since I cannot know the
moment is it over
I cannot know the moment just before

And so every moment
Must be lived as though it were
The moment before

Every moment must be lived
As though it is the last time
I will kiss your sweet face

Every moment must be lived
as though this is the last
time I will feel the strength
of that beautiful sun

Every moment must be lived
as though this is the last time
I will feel the power of love

In the moment that my life ends
I have to know I did what I could
To make that moment before
Define all of my days

And in this realization
I have finally found
How I will life my life
