Meals in a Jar

Simple Trick if you have enough food left over to fill one Jar
Clean and prep jar for canning(go to Intro for procedure).
I take my largest pot. I put clean wash clothe on bottom, this
stops jars from rocking in pot. I place jar in pot and fill with
water to rim. Once it starts to boil I time it. Set on towel till it seals.
