The Graduation

I had to put these thoughts into words.

As I look back at the years, I can't help being overwhelmed with feeling
We have come so far together
Starting weak and small in a big world
We found comfort and happiness in supporting each other
Going through the hard times and helping one another out
We laughed, we cried, we fought, and we did it together
Through thick and thin, we came out smiling
And now, we have grown to the strong people that we once looked up to when we were starting

So, what now?
We leave each other, to continue our own path
To make our our place in the world
We cannot stay as kids forever, but we can look back and reminisce
Our friendships have made us strong
This chapter may be over, but I cannot forget how I have grown because of you

So I just want to say, simply, thank you from the bottom of my heart
I love all of you, and let our memories of growth, maturity and happiness remain with us forever.
