Creativity summation

Just a question I thought we could all ask ourselves

Hello Everyone,

This is actually the opening portion of something I wrote, which once dissected seemed significant enough to post as a question for all of us to look inwards for the answer.

Maybe that doesn't make a lot of sense but once you read it, please take the time to express your opinion on its relevance to writing regardless of style, genre etc.

And yes I am just filling in time once again.

Can your imagination control reality,  from something that has merely been said ?
Or can your mind create a physical sensation,  from something that has merely been read ?

For unless one can truly release their inhibitions,  the cycle will continue,  essentially a repetition of the past,
Forever unable to exceed expectations,  but simply prepared to accept,  that which history has cast ?

Yeah probably a bit far out in the galaxy, but I liked it at the time.
