Hope

a poem inspired by a prophetic saying.. about hope during the darkest moments of our life

When
the thunder roars,
the ground trembles
the waves strike
the walls close in

heart brimming with grief
shoulders heavy with troubles
falling into depths of despair
world conspiring against you

In every suffering, sorrow and sadness
In health, woes, sickness and poverty

Despair not,
for verily your Lord's with you
waiting,
to bless you and forgive you.
