Gone

Living in a world where you are the one who is gone.

         The sun is loyal to no one here
         I look at roads that never seem to end
         Life is defeated, only left for flowers that I tend
         This place is an empty shell that brings only fear

         Memories only of ruby tears
         Sounds of drums trapped in my ears
         Your soft face wrinkled in desperation
         If only time can stop such frustration

         But then I'm only left in darkness
         And it seems you didn't follow me here
         So only then, darkness I became

         I wait by our tree, marked my your tear
         You sit and I can't stand your quietness
         But we can't touch, we're no longer the same
