A Star’s Not Logical

Whether as a player or fan, sports can be demanding - stay positive. A poem.

The future may be positive,
But never way too logical –
The way that all sports give
Is never too methodical!   

A warrior’s strength, resolve
Can muster any outcome –
For any chance to solve
Is never way too dumb.

Know that when you’re rooting,
They’re acting very real,
And when your horn keeps tooting,
The win these guys may steal! 

‘Cause when you play or watch,
The action’s always present,
Which any fool can botch –
There’s quite a fast descent…

But if you stay composed
With struggles so intense,
An enemy disposed
May follow the suspense!   

So take a careful aim,
Stay positive, assured –
This mindset for the game
Has championed, endured…
