Who would care if a paperclip went missing?

          Who would care?

                    I guess we ask ourselves this sometimes.

Whether it be for taking a paperclip
or taking something more personal,
Who would care if it’s gone?

          Would anyone notice?

                    Probably not a paperclip.

Something so small and barely noticed,
if it were to go missing
would anyone really notice if it’s gone?

          Who was that again?

                    That girl who took the paperclip.

She found so much joy from a stupid paperclip…
but in the end, she took more than that…
Who was she if she’s gone?

                    The girl who left a paperclip behind for everyone else.
