Cold cries rose in the night air,
A member of the great family,
their soul lay bare.

Silence lay heavy on the green lands
a pause, a fearful pause
the fairy woman strikes her chord

hearts frozen,out of fear, the end is here
As the wails of sorrow do appear.
The fearful pitch.

Scares the animals unto the ditch
another laid low
sacred ground to open again

to welcome yet another friend
