A poem about my love

When the world seems a cold and lonely place
I find my thoughts turning to you
How the sound of your voice turns my day around
How your smile turns my gray skies blue
Meeting you has been one of the greatest
Blessings I've ever received
You came to me when I needed you most
When I needed a reason to believe
That love and life could still be good
And that happiness could be meant for me
As you touched my heart I understood
That together we were destined to be
I love you for everything that you are
The way you make me feel love
I love you for accepting me as I am
You are truly an angel sent from above
Knowing you love me makes me feel
Like the luckiest woman alive
Because being with you has restored all my love
And the dreams that I had inside.
