Pinto In Winter

A poem I wrote for class

Before you read this poem, I was given a word for each line that I had to use. I believe it turned out pretty good but the button half needs some work. The underlined words are the requires words needed.

Pinto In Winter

The sun was bright
Looking over the mountains
Despise the fact it was winter
Seeing the red halter on a pinto mare
while I was riding my bike on the road
Into the woods I watched the pinto go
Then I see another kid ride by with a teddy bear
I can't wait until summer.
