The nature is also like a human being. It is always observed that people are first very angry, then most probably because of emotional things they cry or regret on what they did. And after that everything turns out normal, and their mind becomes cool.
Likewise, first it is summer season which symbolizes the anger of a man, next comes the rainy season which symbolizes the crying of a man and the third and the last is winter season when man becomes completely cool.
