Struggling with Bi polar disorders

To be here
And not know where
here is,
Causes confusion in
excruciatingly extreme
measures.

Euphoric moments,
real or not? You do not know.
Depressing?You do not know.
And when you don't know,
it makes you feel low.

You feel half numb
And the other half lost
As though your body is floating
aimlessly in a pool of despair

And you try to flip over
begin to swim;
A force leaves you immobile and
stunned.

You blink incoherently,
have no thought,
no feelings other than
the urge to scream-
But you can't.

So you lie there
motionless, and hope
to fine your path to understanding-
But there is a chance you never will.
