Hold me sweet JESUS.

Hold me ever so tight.

Show me the way to happiness

Show me the way to right.

Comfort me in my lonliness,

Caress me in my fear.

Bring peace to mind and body,

Take my soul from here'

Only you have the answer,

The path that I should take.

The road to my salvation,

The choices I should make.

I search for comfort and peace,

The escape from trouble and sin.

True communion with my fellow man,

True brotherhood with all men.

We seek in the "holy" book,

The history of your glory.

Trying to find the truth,

And know the real story.
