I remember the day
What can I say
It happened so fast
Oh its so sad
You might think your life is bad
Try losing a dad
The one you would run to
The one who was there to protect you
When your feeling down
Hed be there to turn things around
God took him from me
How could this be
Why did he take my dad
That makes me so mad
He was the best
Now let him rest
