friendships come and go, but the impact is still wonderful

Ive decided who I want in my life

I dont want someone who is gonna use me for sex
I dont want someone who is gonna go behind my back
I dont want some one who is gonna ditch me
I dont want someone who is gonna try to control me
I dont want someone who is gonna put me down

the people I have left in my life
are the ones that I know I can count on
and also are the ones I cant live without.

they are the ones that have changed
how i look in the mirror.
they were able to change my reflection,
through my own eyes.

looking at my reflection
used to leave me in disgust.
im weak, emotional, lost, and cold.
that was my reflection
when looked upon in the mirror.

but when i see myself
through your eyes
i feel strong, happy,and loved.
