Express yourself is what they say,

Speak out loud in a voice not proud,

They say to share with the ones you love,

your thoughts your emntions your secrets so deep,

But how you do it they never say,

not knowing how to express the things you need to say,

not wanting to be rude,

but now knowing how to say

the things u feel deep down inside,
